Melissa McFarlane

Chief Executive Officer and Master Coach

Melissa McFarlane is an internationally-recognized coach with over 28 years of experience in executive, business, and personal coaching. A sought-after speaker with a wide range of career and personal enhancement topics on which she presents, Melissa also has designed and taught many training programs and workshops around the United States and abroad. Her work focuses on assisting her clients in taking responsibility for and then realizing their personal and group potential. At Creative Successful Entrepreneurs, Melissa helps RIGHT-BRAIN creative visionaries and Mavericks to make a LEFT-BRAIN living, by getting their big ideas into the world, where those ideas can make a difference. In her Catalyst Incubator, Melissa works with successful professionals who have accomplished much, guiding them to do more than they ever thought possible. More specifically, working in private and elite small group environments, Melissa helps her clients in both realms to create new personal and professional visions, define timelines and action plans, learn skills, assemble support, maintain accountability and ultimately make good on the promise of lives.

Patricia Morrisson

Patricia Morrison first connected with the CSE community as a client looking to improve her business. Very quickly Melissa recognized Patricia’s keen intuition and insights, along with her unique talent for listening to, articulating and genuinely caring for others. Patricia joined the team in 2010 and now leads the organization’s programming division, while continuing to be a valued, trusted and loved coach to CSE clientele. Additionally, Patricia owns her own company, Inner Fire, Outer Light, which helps overwhelmed and under-valued creatives make a living, make a life and make a difference with their gifts. Patricia is herself trained in visual art, writing, music, education and business coaching and has toured nationally as a contemporary folk singer/songwriter.

Jessica Boerschinger

With a background of over 10 years in the event and administrative fields, Jessica Boerschinger brings a wealth of experience, forward thinking and a creative energy to overseeing the operations of Creative Successful Entrepreneurs. Since joining the team in 2016 she has managed client care, event planning, marketing and design work for the company. Jessica has found her position to be the perfect combination of creativity, planning and helping a diverse community of entrepreneurs.

Jessica is also an avid comic book artist. It is the best creative arena for her fine art skills and her love of storytelling. Being trained as a painter and illustrator makes Jessica an excellent liaison to CSE’s community of creatives.

Victoria Dew

Team Coach

Victoria is a CSE Certified Coach, and serves as one of our Team Coaches, as well as maintaining private clients. She is known for her ability to help clients see the big picture so they can follow their informed intuition, and break through road blocks in their lives, careers and businesses. Victoria has lived and worked both in the US and overseas throughout her professional life, and shares this unique perspective with clients so that they can create bigger, brighter, bolder lives themselves. Following a successful career in the corporate world, Victoria has merged her twin passions — business coaching and helping businesses create human-centric cultures in her consultancy, Dewpoint Communications.

Maryann Udel

Team Coach

Maryann is a CSE Certified Coach, and serves as one of our Team Coaches, as well as maintaining private clients. Her gentle, persistent and quietly brave coaching style is particularly effective with Creatives. Maryann is also the founder of Sheltering Tree, an organization that offers coaching and grief support for individuals and groups to help them transition through major life changes, find the ground beneath their feet again, gain clarity and create a plan to joyfully move forward and thrive. She is excited to be able to expand her knowledge, skills and offerings thanks to CSE Coaching Certification.

Jess Joswick

Junior Team Coach

Jess serves as one of our Junior Team Coaches, as well as maintaining private clients. Her structured, intuitive coaching helps overwhelmed entrepreneurs stop feeling overloaded, burnt out, and totally stuck by refocusing on the things that actually move their businesses forward. A strategist, designer, culture vulture, and doer, Jess is also the founder of Backbone Creative, a studio that creates bold brands and brave entrepreneurs on a bootstrapped budget.

She is thrilled to be completing her CSE Coaching Certification and support the CSE community.
